Feeding athletes doesn’t end when the order is placed. Orderers also have to manage budgets, receipts, reimbursements, and tax-exempt purchasing across trips.
ezCater streamlines the administrative side of team meals by keeping ordering, receipts, reporting, and tax-exempt information in one place. Tax-exempt details can be uploaded once and automatically applied to eligible orders, reducing paperwork and cutting out manual follow-up.
For Jacksonville State, that means less time spent dealing with expense reporting and fewer headaches after the meal is over.
“I don’t like to hold on to paper receipts and get in trouble for not turning them in. ezCater has e-receipts, and having that PDF is way better than a crumpled receipt.”
– Matthew Boone, Head Coach of Track & Field, Jacksonville State University
