Student-athletes need meals that support performance and recovery. But on the road, food choices often come down to whatever is nearby — with limited variety and few options that align with nutrition goals.
ezCater gives teams access to a broader range of restaurants and caterers, making it easier to provide balanced meals, more variety, and options athletes will actually want to eat.
That’s made a difference for Crown Legacy FC, where Sports Dietitian Katie Best uses ezCater to spend less time coordinating meals and more time focusing on athlete nutrition.
“ezCater lets me be an actual sports dietician. It allows me to delegate almost all the logistical pieces of coordinating meals so that I can really just focus on the nutritional piece of writing the menus and making sure that athletes get what they need to perform.”
